Antique Chinese Dragon Miniature Frame

Very rare Victorian miniature frame with a Chinese dragon motif. Unclear if the carte de visite portrait inside is original to it, but I can see quite a bit of dust has accumulated between it and the glass, which is a good sign but not definitive. What you’re really here for is the frame. As a dragon zodiac sign, I’m very pleased to see everyone pulling out every piece they’ve got to celebrate the year of the dragon, and I look forward to finding more!
