This coin is 1 5/8 inches in diameter. Part of the first wave of military action after 9-11 attacks in 2001. Deployed to Karshi-Khanabad / K2 Air Base, LTF-507 directly supported TASK FORCE DAGGER Horse Soldiers (12-Strong) in America's first response to Al-Qaeda's 9-11 attacks. In November 2001, Logistics Task Force 507th was formed and deployed to Uzbekistan. The LTF provided a full range of support to ground forces in Operation Enduring Freedom.
