Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask Bourbon

This whiskey gains its deep color and unique character from the casks in which it matures. Unlike most, this Double Cask whiskey is aged twice. It first spends five years in new charred oak barrels, qualifying it as a bourbon. Then, it undergoes a secondary aging in decades-old casks seasoned with Pedro Ximenez sherry.
