Chakra Balancing Course

Everybody keeps talking about the Chakra's and you just don't seem to understand what they are or how they work.  Or you understand a little but you would really like to understand more.  Let's dig deeper in this 1 hour chakra deep dive course.  In this course, we will: Look at each Chakra.   Learn what each Chakra means. Determine what over or underactive looks like for each chakra.   Learn how to use crystals, herbs, oils, flowers, color, and other activities to realign the chakras.  I'll do a Chakra reading to determine which Chakras are out of balance for you and provide an individual (private) reading prior to the class.  I'll also do a Chakra cleansing for each participant to realign anything that is out of balance.  Our physical bodies are full of complex systems- working in harmony with one another allowing us to be present in the world around us.
