Region: Columbia Gorge < Oregon Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon w/ Big Salt (Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc) blended in Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic, 40+ year-old-vines on Windygap soils (deep, well-drained residuum and colluvium from sandstone and siltstone); Cab direct pressed as rosé then blended with a splash of the Big Salt white blend; bottled, unfined, after 6 months on lees; no additions except a small amount of SO2; 12.5% ABV Winemaker: John House & Ksenija Kostic Woman co-winemaker & co-owner - Ksenija Kostic Glows like a Hawaiian sunset  Bone dry and mineral-drenched with real depth and power.  Crunchy green spice meets bubblegum Salted strawberries and candied cherries
