Another cool wine from the husband/wife duo in Los Olivos, who grow the grapes for this Cal-Austrian blend in their Los Olivos backyard vineyard. Racy and juicy, with dark cherry, coffee, and black olive, and bright acid to cut the smoky, peppery notes on the finish. We love the chill, laid-back style of this wine, which is totally against the grain for typical Central Coast Syrah. Perfect Indian summer BBQ wine, fantastic with the slightest chill.
