Dating anywhere from the late 1890s to early 1900s, may I offer this 9K Yellow Gold (hallmarked 9ct under the heart as pictured) sweetheart pin that was crafted in either England or Ireland. With a heart at the center, the two embellishments on the sides are shamrocks or 3 leaf clovers; the gemstones embedded into the design are natural pearls. Length of the pin is 1-9/16"; width is just under 7/16". Weight is 2.1 grams. Condition is perfect with no replacement stones I can spot. Simple c-clasp closure. A lovely gift to a sweetheart, a bride (something old) or an intended. Just too pretty! (ry)
