Creamy, rich, & subtly sweet, our Roasted Parsnip Soup blends parsnips, beans, white wine, & vegetables for a comforting, flavor-packed, cold-weather favorite. Approximate servings: 2-3 Gluten Free • Vegetarian Ingredients: vegetable broth, *parsnips, Great Northern beans, white wine, *carrots, celery, shallots, heavy cream, olive oil, *butter, *garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper *local Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions Recommended method: Thaw in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Reheat in soup pot over medium-low on stovetop. Consume within 3 days of thawing.
