Multi-Grain Bread

Fresh-Baked, Multigrain - 1 loaf - unsliced Ingredients: enriched bread flour, water, whole wheat flour (45%), organic grains mixture (oats, semolina flour, ground flax seed, whole flax seed, sesame seed, cracked wheat, cracked rye, hulled millet, whole amaranth, corn grits), levain, salt This bread freezes really well.  We are leaving it unsliced b/c it will stay fresher longer. Paris Bakery - Paris, TX - Paris Bakery specializes in handmade artisan breads and pastries. Our menu varies daily-according to the seasons and bakers' whims-with a wide assortment of things to find every day. We also make sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and serve locally roasted coffee & espresso. On Saturday nights we serve artisan pizzas, often with live music in our courtyard.
