Farmed in the traditional Celtic way this beautiful salt helps to re-mineralize the body and balance the skin. Black Lava Salt: Cleansing and cooling. This natural sea salt made with activated charcoal from the shells of coconuts is wonderful for soothing dry, tired, feet. Black Spruce Essential Oil: Grounding and centering. Black Spruce is an instantly grounding oil that helps connect us to the earth and ourselves. Patchouli Essential Oil: Grounding and strengthening. Patchouli helps to bring one into the physical world keeping us in the present moment. Black Pepper Essential Oil: Grounding and releasing. Black Pepper helps one to release anxiety and self-doubt allowing us to move forward without fear. Vetiver Essential Oil: Grounding and calming. Vetiver helps to pull us down to earth moving us to be centered and calm. Directions: Foot Bath: Sprinkle one small handful into a foot bath and soak feet for 20 minutes. Foot Scrub: Combine GROUND Foot & Body Oil with GROUND Soaking Salts. Mix 2:1 Oil to Salt. Bath: Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls into warm bath water. Soak in bath for 30 minutes. Note: This product contains activated charcoal and may leave black residue on surfaces or skin. Gently scrub to easily wash away. It may stain clothing. Take care with use.
