cro-mo track chainring bolts

Replace those rusty, crusty, shitty chainring bolts! Threaded all the way through to prevent bottoming out if the bolts are a little too long for the crank & chainring combo you're running.   If you have Omniums with the stock chainring, use the 8mm version. If you have Omniums and are using a chainring other than the stock one, you may need to experiment and use the fronts from an 8mm set and the backs from a 6mm set, or vice versa.
