Big Daddy Wood 1939 Lafayette Unknown Model AM Shortwave Vacuum Tube Radio Super Performer! Excellent Shape! DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM shortwave radio manufactured by Lafayette in the late 30s time frame in excellent working and physical condition. This radio is original factory wood cabinet. Not repainted no overspray no touch up. No re-veneer. None needed. A small piece of veneer on top back left corner peeled off and has been patched. All original factory finish. No wood cabinet cracks, chips, or major scratches anywhere on the cabinet. Knobs are original wood and securely attached. Some of the printing on the knobs is still legible! Lafayette decal is present, mostly there. The pretty colorful tuning dial glass is in excellent condition with no cracks no chips, clear readable no flaking. No rub off of dial numbering. Wood tuning window surround trim is intact no missing pieces securely attached. Trim is in excellent condition. Original grill fabric is in excellent condition wit
