The cabinet is factory original urea plastic which is a hard inflexible plastic that predates styrene plastics found everywhere today. The condition of this particular cabinet is excellent. Tabletop tube AM radio manufactured by Motorola in 1957 in excellent+ working condition. This design is called the turbine radio for obvious reasons. The clear cone is shiny and original and securely attached.  No chips or dents or discoloration any where on the cabinet. There is a heat crack on the top back
