Almond Ivory 1959 General Electric Model C418A Vacuum Tube AM Clock Radio So Sweet! Working Clock Light! DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube AM clock radio alarm manufactured by General Electric in 1959 time frame in excellent working and physical condition. Very popular late fifties step design in original factory molded almond ivory color. This model series was also available in pink, turquoise (not the same color as this one), ivory, burgundy, beige pink, and nutmeg beige tan. This is one of the only GE's of this model series I've come across with the push button clock dial light that actually still works! The tuning bezel is clear and transparent not yellowing no cracks, chips, or major scratches.  SOUND QUALITY: Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without need of external antenna attachment.
