Imported by Cascade Models in 1988. Model built by Kumata in Japan. Box shows minimal shelf wear. Rubber diaphragms and spare parts are included. Factory plating is excellent. The model reflect Budd 10-6's rebuilt by Amtrak at Beech Grove, and retrofitted with HEP (Head End Power).
