HO Brass PSC - Precision Scale Co. C&O - Chesapeake & Ohio Class C-16 0-8-0 FP & Weathered No. 255 DCC & Sound

1987 run Precision Scale Co. imported model built by D&D in Korea. Box shows some shelf wear with some scuffing along the edges. Spare parts, boiler weight (installed), and wrench included. Locomotive has TCS Wow! DCC and Sound and will not run on DC Analog track - DCC only model. Clear vision tender. Recently serviced. Finished with moderate to heavy weathering, cab glazing, coal load in the tender, and painted late era switcher footboards. A smooth, very quiet runner, and a very nice example of this model.
