1981 run Key Imports model built by Samhongsa in Korea. This is a box for a Virginian series locomotive of the same class. Box shows some wear with some scuffing along the edges and the corners. Includes spare parts bag. Glazing, coal load, and figures installed. Beautiful detail throughout. Very modern for a 1981 vintage model with the dual sound cams and a detailed backhead. The locomotive has a Soundtraxx TSU-1000 Sound/Power decoder installed with the chuff triggered by the dual sound cams and the decoder set for articulated sound. Please note: The tender has had the trucks replaced. However, while the trucks are of unknown origin, they are correct for the model. Also some solder repairs (bent steps). Runs well and sounds great.
