With its roll-thru design, this holding cabinet lets you load or retrieve two 27" x 29" x 66" pan racks from either side. This roll-thru holding cabinet features high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain a consistent internal cabinet temperature, monitored by a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display on the front of the unit. Its self-closing doors include a stay-open feature when opened past 120 degrees. This unit requires a 115/208V electrical connection for operation.
