as a rule I won't rate a white vinyl album as NM, because storage marks or very tiny nicks might not show up to the naked eye. but this would be NM in most shops. some spindle wear is the only sign its been played, and the jacket also is nearly flawless other than a tiny dart or two and the faintest signs of edge stress on the bottom. Just a great copy, sold to us by a trusted customer who brings in great stuff. Ultrasonically cleaned, mofi-style inners, ships in whiplash mailer.
