Simply, choose which of the three arc sizes you require, then insert it into the Spine Corrector base to achieve either a low, mid, or high arc. It enables the user to stretch and strengthen the abdomen and back. Additionally, a multitude of exercises can be performed to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen the shoulders, hip flexors, pelvic-lumbar region, hip abductors, and hamstrings.
