With the pull-up bar, you can perform a wide range of core, back, and shoulder conditioning exercises. Also, it allows doing spine stretches, mobility, and resistance training, when straps or resistance bands are attached to it.Crafted from beech wood, the benchtop is placed on the pull-up bar and together they create a stylish and functional desk for a child or an adult. The desk is ideal for lovers of minimalism, as it allows to save a lot of space by combining training and working area. The height of the desk can be regulated by the height of the user. Installation The decision and responsibility for the method of installation of the wall bars rests with the customer. Wall mounting is not possible on a plasterboard wall. The minimum required wall thickness in the case of installation with the use of Fischer expansion bolts available from BenchK is 12 cm/4,7″. In all other cases, it is a recommended thickness only.
