It converts rust into a dark grey, almost black, protective layer which also acts as a primer. Once fully cured (12 - 24 hours) the rust is neutralized and the surface can be re-coated. Surfaces: Removes loose rust, dirt and grease. Suitable for sheet metal, ferrous metal, steel. Pretreatment / Cleansing:  Pre-clean using Silicone Remover Characteristics: Rust is neutralized and chemically converted. Ferrous metal turns black. Combats corrosion. Suitable for the effective treatment and prevention of rust. Long-term protection against corrosion and acts as a primer in one operation. Durable protective coating. Color / Grade of Gloss:  Transparent Preparation:   Shake can vigorously until the mixing balls moves freely! Application:   Spray to test. Spraying distance approx. 20 - 25 cm 3 - 4 coat - allowing the product to dry in between each coating. Flash-off:   3 - 5 min. between each coating After use:  Turn can upside down and spray until the valve is clean, this prevents the valve from clogging up. Drying Times: Set to touch: 12 - 24 h Re-coat able: 24 h Processing Conditions:  From +15°C and up to 65% relative air humidity Storage:  In tightly closed original containers at least 10 years shelf life VOC- Regulation: EC limiting value for the product (cat.
