Weekend Beginning Weaving August 9-10, 2025

About class Date: August 9-10, 2025  Time: 9am- 4pm Weekend intensive for those with busy schedules but are ready to begin weaving on a floor loom are now available. Join us for two-days of intro to weaving where students will be introduced to multi-shaft looms, weaving theory, warp calculations and understanding drafting notations. Students will be demonstrated how to wind a warp and then guided through the warping and weaving of a beginner scarf. Kits with pre-wound warps will be provided for students to choose from in the pattern and color combination of their liking. We will wrap up our weekend together with washing and finishing demonstrations to complete the full weaving experience.
