PB3 pull up bar has 4 hooks with felt lining, which makes it possible to change its height or position. This can be done by a single adult. When the pull up bar is flipped it can serve as a barbell rest. The maximum barbell weight is 200kg/441 lbs. DB1 dip bar has elbow pads and back rest made of integral polyurethane.
