Decaf Mexico- Cristal

Cristal is a decaffeinated coffee blend sourced from multiple regions in Mexico, including Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Chiapas. These coffees are known for their mild profile, clarity, and balanced flavor. The caffeine is removed using a water process at the Descamex facility in Mexico. In this method, green coffee is soaked in water to extract caffeine along with other soluble compounds. The solution is then filtered to remove only the caffeine, and the remaining flavor-rich water is reintroduced to the coffee.
