Antique c. 1905 cast iron Chatham Russell Erwin Russwin Romanesque style door hardware set - includes complete doorknob (two knobs, adjustable spindle and set screws), mortise lock, pair of escutcheons, strike plate, and 10 screws (2 longer screws for mortise lock, and 8 for escutcheons). Mortise Lock: Front plate - 5 1/4” long, 15/16” wide Case - 3 1/8” deep (with front plate), 3” deep without front plate, 3 1/2” tall, 1/2” wide 2 1/4” backset Door knob - 2 1/4” diameter Escutcheon - 8 3/4” tall, 2 7/8” wide Strike plate - 2 1/2” tall Wear/patina as expected with age.
