RealSimGear offers a proactive maintenance and support subscription for commercial use systems.  This subscription provides the following services and benefits: Dedicated support email and technical support priority Remote assistance during system setup Proactive system maintenance on an as needed basis including Windows updates as necessary Video card driver updates as necessary Simulator software updates when available or necessary Aircraft updates when available or necessary Navigation database updates using Navigraph subscription (purchased separately by customer) Extended warranty on all RealSimGear branded hardware while subscription is active ** This is a subscription that will auto-renew until cancelled by the customer.
