This guillotine clips bassoon and contrabassoon reed tips with repeatable accuracy. Using the millimeter scale, including markings for common bassoon and contrabassoon reed lengths, you can select any length desired. Reeds with a width of up to 22 mm can be cut with the guillotine. If needed, the hardened steel cutting unit can be resharpened by Reeds N Stuff.
