2 PACK Replacement Knobs Compatible with Excalibur Food Dehydrators that have 5 or 9 trays Diameter = 1.5" Height when installed = 1" Shaft Length= 1/2" Shaft Style Fit = "D" shape This knob has a 1/2" shaft on the bottom that goes down into the dehydrator to fit over the metal "D" shaped shaft on the dehydrator dial This knob will work for models that have either 1 or 2 knobs. The single knob machine uses a knob for the temperature and to turn ON / OFF, the 2 knob machines use 1 knob for temperature and 1 knob for the timer.
