This Nissan OEM stud is a must for any RB engine. Too often you'll come across someone's build that has failed from a tensioner flying off their RB26DETT, RB25DET, or RB20DET (includes RB30 and NEO engines as well). This stud is often times looked over during the rebuild or even a general maintenance routine. If you're replacing your timing belt and belt pulleys, it's time to replace this stud as well.
