Flower Frog Trumpet Vase

Here is a beautiful, high quality, silver on copper vase. The tall and fluted shape of this is so elegant, and it is highlighted by the pierced and crimped edging along the top of the vase. It its on a delightful pedestal base. What is most fun about this vase is that it has a little flower frog that sits in the top making it so easy to make an arrangement. I think this vase is just asking to be filled with red roses and evergreens for a perfect holiday arrangement. What do you think? Made in Canada, marked silver on copper. Very good vintage or antique condition with a few marks to the silverplate. There are two small areas on top that appear to have been repaired underneath, but I do not think these are very noticeable at all. 8.5" tall.
