Special English Gallery Tray by Wilkinson and Sons in Birmingham England

A special gallery tray like this one is always a satisfying find! The shape of this gleaming tray is incredibly unique. I don't think I've ever seen one like it! The rails curve and meet at two elegant points on either side. The handles are each an elevated scallop that really catches the eye. This tray sits on four little bun feet. Made by Thomas Wilkinson and Sons in Birmingham, England circa 1875. Very good antique condition with a few light scratches to the base and some markings to the silverplate on the underneath of the tray that I was unable to remove. 20.25" x 10.5"
