The minifigures have been played with as well as the builds. LORD SAM SINISTER: 6 pieces if you count his hook, instead of a hand, on one side, also top hat & flare included. JOHNNY THUNDER: 5 pieces including his gun & hat. BARON VON BARRON: 4 pieces including his binoculars, but his fluorescent hook is broken.
