When pigs fly, is someones way of saying "it'll never happen", but this little guy proves that with a little ingenuity, anything can be done.   I absolutely love this painting by my mom, Suzanne Simmons. She captures this adorable pig taking flight in such a way that you want to run over and give him a big squeeze.
