Contoured for the JL Wrangler to keep the gear in place on the road and on the trail!  Adjustable for taller loads or use as a shelf, keep coolers and boxes under, lighter gear, camp chairs, sleeping bags, etc strap to top. Includes black PVC coated steel hardware using OE hardtop bolt locations and bolts.   Fits without or over the 2nd row seat with our adjustable load height straps.
