The room is very quit due to the location towards the inner courtyard of the house, which is very rare for the inner city location of the flat itself. You can use the kitchen utensils and the washing machine as well. The flat is a nonsmoker flat but you may have the possibility to smoke on the balcony. Therefore just ask my very kind flatmates.
