Very lovely spacious room in a very friendly cosy flat in a lovely neighbourhood! My place is close to many bars it is very close to Schottentor, Rathaus, Main University, the Gürtel, 5-10 mins by tram into city centre. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the light, the cosiness, it is also extremely close to the city centre. My place is prefect for couples and solo adventurers, anyone really!It is 1 double bed for up to 2 guests and a large comfy sofa for another guest.The spaceThe unique thing about my space is that you get a living room and a bedroom all in one. The room is also very very quiet as it faces our lovely Hof/courtyard.The room is very very bright in the day time and very cosy at night, as is the flat as a whole.
