At The Rainbows End

• Original painting by artist Rachel Urista • Acrylics on wood board • 48”x24”  inches • Signed on back  This one was a few years in the making. With some paintings, I put them down for a while- a month, or years, and return with a new feeling and new inspiration. This painting is one of those- starting with thick broad brushstrokes of color, and flowers too- I asked, can I make something bright and happy? Indeed yes, but it was not to be forced. I tucked this one away for a few years, a few studio moves (and one newborn later!) and it was time to get back to work!The rainbow stayed a steady image and I felt I was traveling to a distant place of dreams in technicolor- inside a rainbow even! *As with all original art, please allow for minor blemishes or imperfections, and potential slight color shifts due to differences in screen calibration.  ***Live locally?
