The tynex brushes can be used with any of the QuickWood spindles and heads. They are made for removing soft grain in softwoods, this will make the surface look weathered as the soft grain is removed and the hard grain is left behind. The look it creates are much like a soft sand blasting removing about 1/8 " of the soft wood.
