Hirsch Cask Strength Bourbon Finished in Cognac is a collaborative endeavor between American whiskey brand Hirsch and French Cognac makers Hine, resulting in a limited-edition release of just 9,000 bottles. This exceptional whiskey features a mash bill comprising 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley. Bottled at cask strength, it spent six years aging before being transferred to 30-Year-Old Hine Cognac XO barrels for an additional 18 months of maturation.
