In this workshop, you’ll make your very own life-sized talking pizza puppet using STEAM/STEM curriculum! What: Come to Puppet Pie to make a puppet with your group and leave the mess behind! Let us walk you through making your very own individual talking pizza puppet! This workshop will give you skills that can bring you far beyond monsters in the world of puppet-making.   Suitable for Ages: Kids (Ages 10-12) Teens (13-17) Adults Skills Required: Measuring fractions accurately with a ruler Following complex two-step directions Manipulating materials and holding them in place while securing with another hand Tracing patterns accurately onto fabric Fine motor skills to cut small details in fabric and other materials with sharp scissors Cutting with scissors on a curve Safely using a hot glue gun  Sitting respectfully for up to three hours Base program pricing includes: Up to 3 hours of studio time, or 2 hours of instruction on-site Up to 10 participants All materials and use of tools necessary to create a monster puppet Instruction and assistance from professional puppet builders Birthday program pricing includes: An extra hour of socializing time Time to come in and decorate/prepare for guests prior to the start time Throne seating for the guest of honor Handmade gift from Puppet Pie for the guest of honor The Details: Non-refundable $75 deposit is required to make reservation Be sure to contact us before making a purchase Extra participants may be added for an additional fee We can come to your location for an additional fee This workshop can be adapted to students as young as 8 with prior notice
