Halloween folk art black cat on pumpkin with BOO banner

DESCRIPTION:This is a piece I created while at The Perfect Piece" gallery in Lake Oswego OR. This Halloween folk art sculpt features a black cat sitting on top of a pumpkin. The pumpkin has a banner that has a fine crackle finish and reads "BOO". In the kitty's hand is a purple lollipop. This piece measures 4.5 inches tall and approx 2.5 wide. Around the kittens neck is some black festooning.Signed original art! All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces.ARTIST:I am a long time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art.
