Cuppings with Michael from Unblended - Sat. April 19th - 2:30pm

Join us at the Pouratorium for a special cupping led by Michael from Unblended, one of our trusted green coffee importers. We’ll be tasting two new Colombian coffees that are joining our lineup—a eucalyptus co-ferment and a natural process—alongside a few other selections for contrast and comparison. Michael will walk us through the journey coffee takes from farm to café, offering insight into the many steps (and people) involved in getting beans into your cup. Whether you're a barista, home brewer, or just coffee-curious, this session is a chance to taste something new and learn a lot in the process.
