Collier's World Atlas And Gazetteer 1942 In Pristine Condition

A simply beautiful copy of collier's Atlas of the world; I've never seen one in this good of shape and I doubt that I ever will again. Yes, it's a 1942 print, but just look at these photos and you will fall in love. The gilt is perfect. You will be hard pressed to find any cosmetic imperfections (except for the TINIEST SPECK of black on the back). Deserves to be a centerpiece somewhere, despite not technically being very rare. Everyone who encounters this Atlas will instantly be drawn by its beautiful stamped gilt cover and large size.  The colored maps and other illustrations within are also well done. Measures 14 x 11.
