1/2 Beef Share

A half share of beef is the most economical way to buy beef. This will easily feed a family of 4 to 6 for a year. This amount of beef will require a chest freezer or 15 cubic foot standing freezer. Everything will be vacuum sealed, dated, and labeled. This type of packaging will extend shelf life on average of 2 to 3 years.  When thawing out it will not leak or leave a mess. We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve 1/2 beef share. The remainder will be due once the beef is ready. Once deposit is received you will be added to our next butcher date. We butcher throughout the year, so just let us know what time works for you. We will email you a cut sheet and you get to select the cuts. We will then work directly with the butcher and coordinate pickup. Once ready we will contact you to schedule pickup at our farm or we can also deliver locally.
