Featuring two drawers which store up to 15 sixth-size food pans, the Migali C-CB48-HC chef base assists in optimizing kitchen workflow. Constructed with stainless steel for its interior and exterior, including the heavy-duty top, the unit offers four 6-inch casters with brakes for mobility. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system runs on R290 refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 33-41°F, which can be monitored and adjusted on the digital controller. Casters are pre-installed for easy relocation.
