The BakeMax BMPM060 is a commercial, floor model planetary mixer with a 60 quart bowl capacity. Its 3HP motor offers enough power to mix stiff doughs and large batches. It has a 15 minute manual timer and 4 speeds, giving you complete control over the mixing process. It includes a hydraulic bowl lift which adds convenience by allowing you to change tools and bowls quickly and easily. For safety, a bowl guard comes standard and will automatically shut the mixer off if it is opened at any speed.
