It features a reversible belt system, simple controls, and a locking clutch handle design for consistent results and optimally rolled dough. The machine can be used to make specialty items such as croissants, pastry puffs, danish rolls, cookies dough, pizza dough, and pie crusts. The locking handle allows the user to make up to 8mm thickness adjustments for each pass quickly. It has a fold-up table design to save counter space when not in use and fiber-embedded conveyor belts for strength and resistance to tears.
