1960s Dutch BR03 Daybed by Martin Visser for Spectrum

1960s Dutch BR02 Daybed or Sleeping Sofa by Martin Visser for Spectrum. 28" height x 75" width x 29.5" depth. Seat height 14".  Square tubular frame in black lacquered metal. Iconic example of Dutch minimalist design. Folding mechanism allows the seat to be pulled out and used as a bed within a few seconds. Really pretty color blocking - sofa is upholstered in a teal twill fabric and the armrest is a kelly green wool blend.
