Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by three months lees aging without oak influence. The wine remains unfiltered, unfined, and contains no added sulfites, showcasing pure fruit expression from sustainable farming practices on well-drained alluvial soils at 243 meters elevation, benefiting from Andean cooling influences.
